30-Day Refund Policy
- Full refund* given, including original shipping charges.
- (*International duties, tariffs, import fees are non-refundable).
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and 16 days to send your item(s) back.
- Items must be in "new", resellable condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging (including clear ziplock bags), with swing-tags and labels still attached.
- Returns must be sent back to me (I'm based in the UK).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

I love this dress. I can't wait to purchase other items, like the new raven bags, and I don't worry about buyingfrom the black wardrobe as an international customer. I may have to wait a littlelonger for shipping, but it's well worth it.

Bought two dresses including this one. It’s a nice enough dress but the fabric is disappointing as it’s static when you walk. The fit is good except for the arms, far too restrictive considering how much fabric you get elsewhere. Not sure I would order again, sorry.
