SHIPPING-RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING:

Please note: this is a tiny one-woman business, based in the UK. 

PREORDERS:

(Preorder items take 4weeks for dispatch). Orders with both in-stock & preorder items will ship together once preorder is ready. (excludes cotton t-shirts (they'll be hand-printed+sent as usual).

COTTON T-SHIRTS:

Cotton t-shirts are hand-printed to order and sent directly by the printing company. This means they'll be sent separately.

UK SHIPPING:

  • £4.95 (FREE ABOVE £70). 
  • Royal Mail tracked (arrives in 2-4 working days aproximately)
  • Please be aware of occasional delays, specially around Christmas time.

USA SHIPPING:

  • £20 ($26 USD approximately, depending on exchange rate). 
  • Royal Mail with USPS (cotton t-shirts might be sent via another courier)
  • Duties and tariffs are now included in price. 
  • Estimated shipping time (from date of dispatch): 10-20days approximately.
  • Cotton t-shirts are now hand-printed and sent by a US-based printing company.

OTHER DESTINATIONS SHIPPING:

  • £20 (23EUR, $26 USD approximately, depending on exchange rate). 
  • Royal Mail with your local postal service (cotton t-shirts might be sent via another courier).
  • Buyer is responsible for their country's taxes, Customs/import fees.
  • Estimated shipping time (from date of dispatch): 10-20days approximately.

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your order as long as items haven't been dispatched.

Gift-cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.

RETURNS:

You have up to 14days from receiving your order to request a return and 16days to send back your items. Items returned after this 30-day return-window won't be accepted and refund will be denied.

Returns must be sent back to me. I'm based in the United kingdom.  If sent elsewhere, your refund could be denied. Any resulting charges may also be deducted from the refund amount.

ELIGIBILITY:

Items must be "new", in resellable condition. Meaning unworn, unwashed, and free from odour, stains, or damage. With swing-tags and labels still attached.

Items must be returned inside the bags and/or clear ziplock bags they come in. These bags must be in resellable condition, Please don't tape notes to them or write on them.

EXCLUSIONS:
Refunds/replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International tariffs, duties, import-fees are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

    • Reduced items
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Gift cards or items purchased with gift cards (eligible for credit or exchanges only).

HOW TO REQUEST RETURN:
Contact me with your order number, before sending your item(s) back, at nora@theblackwardrobe.com  Items sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If full cost is not covered by customer, any resulting charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • International customers are responsible for Customs duties/fees incurred on returned goods.
    • I cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping. For your safety, please consider using recorded delivery and keep proof of postage. 

REFUND PROCESS:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once I receive and inspect the returned item(s).
    • Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

EXCHANGES: (UK only)

If you’d like to exchange an item, there’s a £4.95 delivery fee to send replacement item(s). 

Exchange item(s) will be sent out once I receive original item(s).

MISSING PARCELS: 

  • Check your tracking code provided in the dispatch confirmation email. If you need further assistance, contact me at nora@theblackwardrobe.com
  • Important!: Refunds/replacements will not be issued for missing parcels due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses.

Attention! International Orders:

  • If you didn’t select "with signature" shipping and live in an area prone to parcel theft, refunds/replacements won’t be possible for parcels marked as "delivered" in tracking.

Timeframes for (undelivered) Missing Parcels:

  • I won't be able to offer refund/replacement until RoyalMail has confirmed your parcel to be lost. Royal Mail considers parcels lost after:
    • 20 working days (international orders).
    • 10 working days (UK orders).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me immediately with photo proof at nora@theblackwardrobe.com 

Include your full name and order number. I’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
