All my items are HANDMADE to order (unless otherwise specified).

UK delivery: £2.50 (FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE £40). Royal Mail, signed for. They usually take 1-3 working days to arrive.

International (tracked) shipping: flat rate of £10 (RoyalMail in combination with your national postal service (estimated transit time: 2-4weeks aproximately, some countries are faster than others).

USA customers can also select "tracked & with signature" - Please select this option if you live in apartments or there's a risk of parcel-theft in your area. Postman should not deliver parcel without signature obtained.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Please allow up to 5 working days for jewellery and up to 2 weeks for clothing to be made and dispatched to you (please be aware of possible delays during Christmas and other busy holiday periods).

If you buy jewellery AND t-shirts, they'll be shipped in different parcels.

T-shirts/sweatshirts are printed+shipped by printing companies, here in the UK. I may use international printing companies for my international customers.

IF YOU NEED TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE, please add a note inside the "comments box" when ordering (you'll find this box in Cart page, before reaching Checkout). If I cannot meet your deadline, I will contact you ASAP.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are accepted on all items purchased (except earrings, customised designs and items from the "sale" section).

If an item cannot be returned, this information will be provided within the product information box.

You can exchange or return any unusued/unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IS GOING TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I don't offer refunds if your order gets lost because shipping address was outdated, wrong or with missing information.

If you need to change shipping address, email me ASAP so I can update the order info.

All orders are sent (via RoyalMail) once the payment has been received.

Tshirts/sweatshirts may sometimes be delivered by a different courier, because they are dispatched directly from the printing companies.

Please note, all delivery timelines are for guidance only, given by Royal Mail.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING DETAILS:

  • £2.50 FLAT FEE COST - FREE DELIVERY FROM £40.
  • Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, signed for.

  • This service cannot be tracked.
  • Upgrades are available at checkout.

  • Please note, I cannot offer next day dispatch because my items are handmade to order.

    DELIVERY/SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

  • £10.00 - FLAT FEE COST (Price will always be the same regardless of how many items you buy).
  • Royal Mail tracked service (tracking code will be provided to you on dispatch email). Once the parcel arrives to your country, its handled by your national postal service.
  • USA customers have the additional choice of delivery with signature upon delivery. Highly recommended option if you live in apartments or any other area susceptible to parcel theft (I will not offer refunds for stolen parcels).
  • TRANSIT TIME:
  • Your parcel should arrive in 2-4 WEEKS from date of dispatch (if they don't get stuck at your country's Customs).

    • If your parcel gets stuck at your country's Customs, your parcel could take up to a month to reach you. Please note, busy periods such as Christmas may increase the amount of time it takes for your parcel to reach you.

  • TAXES:
  • buyers might be subject to customs duties or taxes. I am not responsible for these. This means that the buyer will be responsible for paying these charges.
    • If you refuse to pay these taxes and your parcel gets returned to me, I will not refund shipping costs.
