Returns/exchanges are allowed unless they're earrings, customised, from the "Sale" section or gift-cards.
I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost/delayed due to incorrect and/or incomplete shipping-address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS (from the date of receiving your order) TO REQUEST A REFUND AND SEND THE ITEM(S) BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNWORN/UNUSED.
Return postage/packing will not be refunded.
