Estimated shipping time from the UK: 10–20 working days from dispatch (sent via RoyalMail and USPS).

Estimated shipping time for cotton t-shirts: 5–10 working days from dispatch.

30-Day Refund Policy

• Full refund* given, including original shipping charges.
• (*International duties, tariffs, import fees are non-refundable).
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and 16 days to send your item(s) back.
• Items must be in "new", resellable condition:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging (including clear ziplock bags), with swing-tags and labels still attached.
• Returns must be sent back to me (I'm based in the UK).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Reduced items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards or items purchased with gift cards (eligible for credit or exchanges only)

Attention – International Orders

⚠️ Refunds or replacements won’t be issued for stolen parcels marked as "delivered" in tracking.
