Orders containing preorder + non-preorder items will be dispatched together when preorder items are ready (excludes cotton t-shirts)

14-Day Refund Policy

Full refund given, including original shipping charges. No restocking fees.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return and send your item(s) back.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with packaging intact.

Returns must be sent back to me. I'm based in the UK.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Reduced items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards or items purchased with gift cards (eligible for exchanges only)

Attention – International Orders

Refunds or replacements won’t be issued for stolen parcels marked as "delivered" in tracking.
