      You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return and send your item(s) back.

      Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with packaging intact.

      Returns must be sent back to me. I'm based in the UK.

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      Exclusions

      Refunds or replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

      The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

      Incredible quality, very well made and strong and sturdy. Unfortunately for me personally it isn't quite big enough for what I wasn't wanting and needing it for. But it is a very excellent bag
