How do I buy a gift card?

You can buy them in the website. There's a link  here.

If you are buying this gift card for someone else, you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

How do I use a gift card?

You just need to type the unique-code in the discount box at checkout.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Everytime you use the gift-card, you will be given one of these two options at checkout:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.

• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

No. Checkout only allows one discount to be used with each order. 

I've lost the email, how do I check the remaining balance?

Contact me (nora@theblackwardrobe.com) and I will re-send an email with your unique-code and remaining balance.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes (if applicable).
