(USA residents only) - If you live in a block of flats or would like to minimise the risk of getting your parcel dumped in a shared public space, please select "with signature" for peace of mind. Postman should deliver your parcel only after obtaining your signature or name details.

Your parcel should arrive within 2-3WEEKS, from date of dispatch (sometimes it may take longer, specially around Christmas and other busy periods).

Please note, DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE SOME EXCEPTIONAL POSTAL DELAYS FROM TIME TO TIME. (Please be aware of this, in case your parcel is the unlucky one....I've had a few parcels delayed for up to 2 months, in the past year).

Once the parcel arrives to your country, it gets handled by your national courier.  USPS (United States), CANADA POST/POSTES CANADA (Canada)

TAXES: buyers might be subject to customs duties or taxes. I am not responsible for these duties or taxes. This means that the buyer will be responsible for paying these charges.

This is a tiny one-woman business, based in the UK.

All my items are HANDMADE to order (unless otherwise specified).

T-shirts are hand-printed to order.

DELIVERY COSTS (UK ORDERS):

  • UK DELIVERY: £2.50 (FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE £40). 
  • Royal Mail, SIGNED-FOR.
  • They usually arrive within 1-3 working days (please be aware of ocasional delays, specially around Christmas time).
  • This service cannot be tracked.
  • Upgrades are available at checkout.

  • Please note, I cannot offer next day dispatch because my items are handmade to order.

    • DELIVERY/SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

  • £10.00 - FLAT FEE COST (Price will always be the same regardless of how many items you buy).
  • Royal Mail tracked service (tracking code will be provided to you on dispatch email). Once the parcel arrives to your country, its handled by your national postal service.
  • USA customers can also select tracked shipping WITH SIGNATURE. Highly recommended option if you live in apartments or any other area susceptible to parcel theft (I will not offer refunds for stolen parcels).
  • ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME (from date of dispatch): 2-4 WEEKS if they don't get stuck at your country's Customs).

    • If your parcel gets stuck at your country's Customs, your parcel could take up to a month to reach you. Please note, busy periods such as Christmas may increase the amount of time it takes for your parcel to reach you.

  • TAXES: buyers might be subject to Customs import duties or taxes. I am not responsible for these. This means that the buyer will be responsible for paying these charges.
    • If you refuse to pay these taxes and your parcel gets returned to me, I will not refund shipping costs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    PROCESSING TIMES:

    Please allow up to 5 working days for jewellery and up to 2 weeks for clothing to be made and dispatched to you (please be aware of possible delays during Christmas and other busy holiday periods).

    If you buy jewellery AND t-shirts, they'll be shipped in different parcels.

    T-shirts/sweatshirts are printed+shipped by printing companies, here in the UK. I may use international printing companies for my international customers.

    IF YOU NEED TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE, please add a note inside the "comments box" when ordering (you'll find this box in Cart page, before reaching Checkout). If I cannot meet your deadline, I will contact you ASAP.

    REFUNDS:

    Refunds are accepted on all items purchased (except earrings, customised designs and items from the "sale" section).

    If an item cannot be returned, this information will be provided within the product information box.

    You can exchange or return any unusued/unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order.

    PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IS GOING TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I don't offer refunds if your order gets lost because shipping address was outdated, wrong or with missing information.

    If you need to change shipping address, email me ASAP so I can update the order info.

    Tshirts/sweatshirts may sometimes be delivered by a different courier, because they are dispatched directly from the printing companies.

    Please note, all delivery timelines are for guidance only, given by Royal Mail.
