RETURNS:
The following items are not eligible for returns/refunds:
- Reduced items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or items purchased with gift cards (eligible for exchanges only).
Refunds/replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or refund.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, and unused.
- Returns must be sent back to me. I'm based in the UK.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Attention! International Orders:
- If you didn’t select shipping "with signature" and live in an area prone to parcel theft, refunds/replacements won’t be possible for parcels marked as "delivered" in tracking.
