14-day REFUND POLICY. FULL-REFUND GIVEN INCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES, NO RESTOCKING FEES.

The following items are not eligible for returns/refunds:

• Reduced items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards or items purchased with gift cards (eligible for exchanges only).

Refunds/replacements will not be provided for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

•  You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return and send your item(s) back.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with their packaging intact.
• Returns must be sent back to me. I'm based in the UK. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Attention! International Orders:

• refunds/replacements won’t be issued for stolen parcels marked as "delivered" in tracking. Please select shipping with signature for added security.
