How to pay

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate but not postage. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. All prices are in pound sterling. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. All our orders are processed via Paypal.

Delivery costs

Postage for UK (mainland) is free, for Europe (E.U.) is £8.00. Postage costs will appear when basket is refreshed. The cost remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains. We use First Class Recorded Delivery for all purchases. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt. All purchases outside E.U. (overseas destinations) will be charged upon weight. Please, contact us before placing an order and we will send you a quote.

Delivery times

Because all our items are bespoke made, we aim to have most orders despatched in 3-5 days, making UK delivery about 7 days. However, during busy periods and public holidays, this might take longer. However, if you wish to receive the item quicker, please get in touch and we will see what we can do. Sometimes, it is possible to dispatch items 24hrs after placing an order (standard sizes, only) as we have some sizes in stock, ready to be shipped.

Please, allow 14 days for postal delivery to Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services. If your order is sent by Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery), we will include the Royal Mail tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature and I.D. (form of identification with picture, e.g. national ID, passport) upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel at the address you gave us, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection.

Returns

We accept returns of our pieces (unless they have been bespoke made) within 7 days of date of dispatch, please make sure to return unwanted items between this period of time. We recommend that you use recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged when being returned. Items must be sent in the same condition as they were received (unworn, unwashed, without marks and with their original labelling). We strongly advise all customers to check items upon delivery before removing any attached labelling. Postage and packing are not refunded. Money will be refunded as soon as items are received. If the item arrives faulty or damaged to you, we will try our best to exchange it for another one. Please, contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
