HOW TO PAY
All prices shown include VAT at the current rate but not postage. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. All prices are in british pound sterling. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. All our orders are processed via Paypal.

DELIVERY COSTS

Postage for U.K. is £3.50, for orders above £100 is free postage.
Postage for European Union is £6.50
Postage for the rest of the world is £9.50
Postage costs will appear on shopping cart. The cost remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains. We always use First Class Recorded Delivery for all purchases. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

DELIVERY TIMES

Because all our items are handmade to order, we aim to have most orders dispatched in 10-14 days. However, during busy periods, this might take longer. If you wish to receive the item quicker or need it for a specific event, please email us soon after placing the order to confirm if we can meet your deadline.

Please, allow between 10 and 14 days for postal delivery to Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services. If your order is sent by Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery), we will include the Royal Mail tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature and I.D. (form of identification with picture, e.g. national ID, passport) upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel at the address you gave us, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back to have the item altered to your specifications and we will send it back free of charge or get a refund. We accept returns of our pieces (unless they have been altered or made in bespoke measurements) within 14 days of date of dispatch. We refund the total cost of your purchase, including any shipping costs you paid when placing the order, but we do not refund shipping costs for sending the item back to us. Please make sure to return unwanted items between this period of time. We cannot accept refunds on earrings, due to hygienical reasons.
We recommend that you use recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged when being returned. Items must be sent in the same condition as they were received (unworn, unwashed, without marks and with their original labelling) otherwise, a refund will be denied. We strongly advise all customers to check items upon delivery before removing any attached labelling. Money will be refunded as soon as items are received. If the item arrives faulty or damaged to you, we will try our best to exchange it for another one. Please, contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
